Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or incurring any penalties.
To exercise this right, simply contact us at contact@hayoss.com with your order number and your request to return the product.
Exception: unsealed cosmetics
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products whose protective packaging has been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Return procedure

Email contact@hayoss.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
RMA number
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 48 hours.
Shipping
Return the unopened product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund
After receiving and verifying the product, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
